Kevin Montisano earned his Masters Degree in Sports Management from Wichita State University in 2013. Kevin then spent the early part of his career coaching and teaching tennis professionally. This included several years coaching collegiate tennis at Wichita State University, 3 summers as the Junior Program Director at Harvard Tennis Academy, and then relocating to Jacksonville to spend 4 years as a Tennis Professional at several high-profile country clubs, including Marsh Landing CC & Atlantic Beach CC. During this time in Jacksonville, Kevin would spend his weekends pressure washing homes to earn extra income. 

Kevin is certified through the UAMCC (United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners) and is a participating member of the RCIA (Roof Cleaning Institute of America). When Kevin isn’t pressure washing houses across Northeast Florida, he likes to stay active in his free-time – playing tennis & ping-pong, going to the beach, and listening to live music. Kevin likes to bring his personality into his work, by bringing an unmatched energy and enthusiasm while he’s cleaning homes, and always taking every opportunity to interact with his customers, sometimes putting on a show, and always making the kids smile. Megan David received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida where she studied Business Management. As the Director of Operations, she is responsible for the oversight of day to day operations including marketing, budgeting, and management of all operations to ensure efficiency and growth of the company. Being a scholar athlete has instilled determination and discipline within her experiences. Her excellent leadership and teamwork skills ensure the best outcome for all our clients.

A vast experience in hospitality management has developed significant knowledge in customer service, building relationships, and professionalism. Contributing to a welcoming environment for employees and a creative vision for company development she shows true potential for growth. She is excited to give residents a chance to see the true beauty of their homes and give them a sense of ease and joy after a fresh cleaning.
